Yes, likely it’s been planned for quite a while. Common goals is the key, as well as a common (globalist) enemy. Otherwise, too many missed opportunities for war on some level to be anything other a positive relationship.
The alliance as suggested would certainly benefit most everyone in these countries and would even indirectly benefit the vast majority of citizens in Europe who are not part of or whose fortunes are not connected to the cartel / alliance of globalist "elites".
The new Alliance - America, Russia, China and India. Hopefully the European people will oust the tyrants in charge there.
