There are only three possible explanations that I see.

2. Bidan stole the most incriminating documents that tied him directly to money laundering and other crimes.
3. Bidan stole the most incriminating documents that tied Obama directly to money laundering and other crimes. The documents are his ‘deadman switch” which is why they were scattered in a variety of locations.
I suppose there is a 4th possibility, to wit, Bidan is a complete and useless idiot who cannot tell a top secret document from a porn pic on Hunters laptop.
