I was in the middle of typing up my response to the news about Elon sending a letter to allegedly terminate the Twitter deal. And then I saw the news about Twitter counter suing.
My first thought about all this was Elon is not actually backing out. This was a business stunt to get the real bot data and lower the buying price. Because Twitter has no choice but to give in. Now they have ZERO suitors to buy it and their stock value is ruined because Elon completely exposed Twitter for all the bots and inflated user numbers. Twitter’s shareholders NEED Elon to buy it.
I was about to get all high and mighty and tell you all to wait 24 hours to see that this is just part of the negotiation process, and it’s not over. It didn’t even take 1 hour.
This is a negotiation tactic. Elon has the real user data, and he’s not going to stop squeezing Twitter until they admit the real numbers and give him a much lower price to reflect the real user data.
Twitter has no where to go, and will eventually cut their losses, and sell to Elon for a better price. It’s only a matter of time.
Meanwhile, all of it is in direct view of the normies, and they are slowly being normalized, repeatedly, to the harsh reality of Big Tech and how they manipulate the world.
I believe the Twitter deal is already done, and we are simply witnessing the futile struggle of rich shareholders coming to terms with losing billions of dollars.

Agree. But it’s even better than that in my view.
Twitter Execs and Board members all going to get sued. By SH. Pension funds. Advertisers. And some of them face potential criminal liability for lying to the SEC, lying to Congress, lying to SH. And Elon will ultimately get all the receipts which will show just how much funding comes from the govt (massive amount is my bet) and how deeply imbedded both the US Security apparatus and the Marxist Democratic Party are in running the show.
It’s gonna be epic and it’s just the top of the 2nd inning.
Doesn't fraud vitiate, i.e. nullify, any and all legal contracts/agreements? Wasn't Elon's bid made on the basis of Twitter's reported bot accounts did not exceed 5%, which they then couldn't verify? Seems to me Twitter can sue Elon all they want. Doing so just delays the inevitable...Twitter's a cooked goose.
