Agree. But it’s even better than that in my view.

Twitter Execs and Board members all going to get sued. By SH. Pension funds. Advertisers. And some of them face potential criminal liability for lying to the SEC, lying to Congress, lying to SH. And Elon will ultimately get all the receipts which will show just how much funding comes from the govt (massive amount is my bet) and how deeply imbedded both the US Security apparatus and the Marxist Democratic Party are in running the show.

It’s gonna be epic and it’s just the top of the 2nd inning.

Doesn't fraud vitiate, i.e. nullify, any and all legal contracts/agreements? Wasn't Elon's bid made on the basis of Twitter's reported bot accounts did not exceed 5%, which they then couldn't verify? Seems to me Twitter can sue Elon all they want. Doing so just delays the inevitable...Twitter's a cooked goose.

the last thing Twitter wants is to be in court with Musk. Why? DISCOVERY. Musk will have the court see the data and oops, it got leaked.

I think what these execs did was fraud and they should go to jail for it. Which makes me wonder why they sued to get money when it was their last chance to walk away and get out maybe without being held accountable because they retired.

Instead, they're making childish and unprofessional comparisons to defaulting on mortgage loans... in public, and suing to be forced to show the real data after weeks of working to cover it up? This seems dumb to me.
