The military has all the evidence of election fraud by a foreign power. The remedy has always been an election within 120 days of the reveal (may be off on this number). Right now we are less than 94 days. What a blessing that would be!! In short, it's ALL the elections that were corrupt since every single precinct had equipment connected to the Internet in violation of federal law. The remedy is for the SC to issue a ruling and redo the entire 2020 elections, in the meantime the military runs the show.
The views are unconventional, but make sense. It's not just the Presidential race that was corrupt - it's all the down-ballot races as well. Everything needs to be redone.
He says Trump will be back before the elections (he has good reasons), which is where my opinion might differ - Why throw everything into disarray prior to the guaranteed red wave? Of course, if that red wave would have to be redone, then Joe's view makes sense.

We have all the laws and legal mechanisms for dealing with fraud - the Constitution doesn't lack mechanisms/remedy processes for address election fraud - we have all that in our legal systems state, and federal.
