I thought Keystone meant KEY = INTELLIGENCE, STONE = MILITARY or the other way around (I can't remember which). Perhaps double meanings exist, IDK. I looked at a map of Ukraine and I see it appears as a keystone (in shape) above the Black Sea. Probably means nothing though?
