Now that I’ve had some time to digest my dig on Nicaragua, I went back and looked at the NIH.gov Appendix on biolabs in “Lower Resource Countries”. And oh man there is some JUICE in this document. I’m going to list all the countries I found interesting other than Nicaragua and Nigeria that I covered earlier.
I recall reading early on in the Russian "special military operation" about strike teams having raided (in addition to the BSL labs) veterinary clinics (labs?) where dangerous biological materials were being secretly warehoused so as to evade reporting/inspection regulations and paper trails...
As for Ft. Detrick, didn't the DHS step in some years ago and shut down the 'gain-of-function' research there?, only to be transferred and farmed-out to Wuhan, et. al.

One question: What do the elites plan to do when something serious (unlike Covid) is "accidentally" released?
Makes me also wonder about the Vax Jab - if the goal really was depopulation, why not just release a few of these bad boys? Depopulation and Stolen Election in one fell swoop, albeit without the Big Pharma Vaccine profits.
