Not certain Putin is a “good guy”. But Is he the arch villian? No, I don’t believe that at all. He has validity in this case, and, I believe his reasoning behind his Ukraine decision. I was early on receptive to his securing the Donbas region. The people were crying out to be saved. I further supported the dismantling of the US Biolabs when you exposed them. The NATO issue sealed my opinion on this whole fiasco. It is good to see President Trump coming to a similar conclusion. Russia has standing. Zelinsky is defeated. Let him know it sooner rather than later.

Russia was an ally in both World Wars and will become an economic and cultural partner in the near future. Quite a few years ago I was reading RT.com on the daily as I like to get info from a variety of sources. Putin cares about his people and has many good qualities including a sense of humor. For ex KGB the guy is all right and not the big bad boogeyman he is painted. My opinion, and am not up for a debate.
